Mobile app not loading

since the latest mobile update 9.7.0

I get these screens and have to force close, logout and back in several times

roleIds is a property that comes from the request for account information from api.athom.com. I think your account has an issue where it doesn’t have roleIds.

Have you verified your email address at accounts.athom.com?

Also, it might help to clear the cache for the Homey app in your phone’s settings.

I’v have contacted support, so far they are just getting me to do the usual, clear data, uninstall etc. nothing working yet

clearing the cache has made no difference, neither does removing and re installing etc. I can still access homey from the web app, I am also having the same issue on my android wall pannel
