We currently don’t have any plugs to test this functionality with, but we are expecting a sample from Eve with beta firmware for testing.

Regarding power measurement, the Matter standard did not support this feature until version 1.3. The Meross plug does not utilize the Matter specification for monitoring power; instead, it runs a local HTTP server to manage this function. It remains uncertain whether future firmware updates will change how this works.

As mentioned earlier, the Meross 315 doesn’t follow the Matter 1.3 spec for reporting power usage.

They are lately on matter version 1.4, but still no power consumption to see

I have the same device. Since 1-2 updates ago, Homey correctly reports consumption. But I think you may have to re-pair your device before it works. So the steps would be: 1. Unpair the device 2. Make sure you’re on the latest firmware. 3. Add the device again. Worked for me.
