When trying to add these in Homey I get the message device found then error 404 any help please?

It’s not working at all at the moment. Meross has changed its api and the app has to be customised first. The only thing that works is logging in via Matter.
Thanks so much for the information can I ask what is Matter and how do I get it ?

I have just had a look. The plug with Matter is called MSS315. Unfortunately, your plug does not yet have Matter. You’ll have to wait until the app has been updated.
