I installed the melcloud app on my homey pro.
When I try to configure it and connect, I use the same login credentials (mail address and password) as I do in my phone app, but I just receive an error 403.
What could be wrong?
A 403 Forbidden Error occurs when you do not have permission to access a web page or something else on a web server. It’s usually a problem with the website itself.
Did try to login to the true the webpage inplace off the app on your phone ( https://app.melcloud.com/ )
Self I have no device off “Mitsubishi Electric”
The Homey App refer’s to a web-link I think
I tried again now several times. All of a sudden my login was accepted. It is probably as you wrote, a problem at the web site end. Now it works and my inverter is in my homey.
