[Matter] IKEA DIRIGERA hub en IKEA Home smart - Central topic

I understand @robertklep but I’m only talking about the Homey capabilities, not Apple Homekit or Home Assistant

I guess I was triggered by the factual incorrectness that you need a Dirigera hub for update Matter IKEA devices :man_shrugging:t3:

Can confirm that this works, thank you!

Just installed a HomePod mini and made with succes a connection with my myggspray. So concluding it has the latest firmware and it’s not broken because connection with HomePod worked! But still can’t get it to connect to homey. What should be my next step? How to connect to my homey

Tried, but that gave an error. Then I reactivated pairing on the Bilresa itself and connected to HomePod. That worked, but the actions in HomeKit are useless compared to Homey flows…

So removed from HomePod again and repaired with Homey, and the button presses don’t do anything anymore. So something in the Homey Matter or IKEA home app implementation has an issue

Just got to complete my connection from the myggspray. I think my solution was to start with a connected device?? I also purchased the alpstuga today. Just for fun to see if I could like this device. So wasn’t on my priority list. But after getting the myggspray fail and completing on a HomePod, o started thinking so it’s a homey thing. What if I try the alpstuga. And it connected in 10 seconds. So I concluded homey thread network is ok. Let’s try the myggspray again. And just like the alpstuga it paired in seconds. So case closed for me I hope. Starting to test the devices now to see how reliable they are.

Same problem here. The cards are still availalbe, but the function does not work.
When i create a new flow it works fine. UNtill a few hours later it stops again.
It looks like it looses the connection or something. (timmerflote workes just fine)

A restart of the IKEA Home app causes the button flow cards from a Bilrease to disappear. A reboot of the Homey Pro will restore the cards.

Its time for fix
