I have the same problem, I have bought some parasol units from IKEA, but only the one that was inside the Dirigera when first connected via Matter works. Parasoll devices that are added to Dirigera later are not displayed and must then use the IKEA trådfri app. Thought this was supposed to sync automatically. Tried with an IKEA light bulb in Dirigera, but it is not visible in Homey either. Can’t reload Dirigera as it’s already inside Homey. The parasol unit that is inside via Matter works as it should. Any tips? or wait for an update
Hi Per.
Hmm you Could add Parasoll are directly in the ikea app in homey…
i do not have the parasoll.
If your going the Homey Way, you should start to move all your Ikea to homey one device at a time.
I am transferring all my lights from Ikea connected to Homey Pro, back to Ikea Dirigera. This because of the bad functioning of the lights while connected to HP.
I have made a Matter connection between ID and HP.
As soon as I do add a device to ID, it shows up in HP as well.
This new product is showed with a basic name and in the top level of your devices.
When I remove a device in HP, is stay in ID.
When I remove a device in ID, not yet checked what happen in HP
So when I understand you right, after a Matter connection, they should be visible after connecting to ID.
Right now I have transferred all my Ikea devices back from Homey to Dirigera, except two Inspelning plugs.
When I do connect Inspelning to Dirigera and then “over Matter” to Homey, there is no metering information in Homey. Within Smart Home there is metering available.
Is this a “problem” within Homey, or is this a issue within Dirigera? Anybody familiar with the cause and how to solve this.
For the moment it mean to me, that I keep this 2 devices directly to Homey, because than they are working fine.
Hi all,
Can someone tell me if I’m able to connect my closet lights from my PAX closet with homey? Right now those lights are connected to the Tradfri driver for wireless connections (grey box) and with my Rodret remote control I’m able to turn on/off all closet lights. I would like to connect them directly to Homey. Anyone else knows how to make this work?
Shouldn’t be a problem. Just select “Dimmable transformer” from the IKEA app when you add a new device
I tried that but it didn’t work. To be exact, I have three of those hooked together since they control in total 8 lamps in my wardrobe.
Should I connect them one by one?
Probably I also have three of those, connecting 10 leds in my walk-in closet. They are not connected to each other, and I´ve connected each one separately
I see! Great to hear that it should work. I’m going to try this out later when I’m at home
