Hello, I have a problem during boot up to make a local backup, do according to the instructions but after about 25% it gets stuck, nothing happens? no error message… Been waiting 20 minutes is it taking longer?
It shouldn’t take that long. Try starting over after taking Homey off power, or use a different USB-C cable.
