Does it matter if you turn on a bulb by color or should you have it come on then change color? Is it just preference?
Most lights turn on by adjusting dim, color, or temperature. It depends.
So for those lights you don’t need to turn it on prior to adjusting colors and such.
So just to confirm there is no advantage to turn on the bulb prior to setting the color. As an example I have a bulb that turns on blue when the gate opens and right now I have it turn on then change color seems that I could just do color and have the exact same result. I guess the only difference may be and extra second before it changes color when having come on first and then change color.
