Lidl door window sensor [zigbee]

Updated homey to v5. Installed the Tuya Zigbee app. Installed the correct sensor from the app. Waited 10 minutes to give it time to initialize.

It shows nicely in the app, but it only reports battery level. It does NOT show if the contact alarm is on or off. It does NOT show tamper alarm. It does NOT work with flows. Last value for contact and tamper is always unknown.

Anyone have any idea what I can do to make it work?

Best to ask @johan_bendz in the app thread about this, but it sounds like the sensor isn’t being enrolled. Perhaps removing and adding it again (a few times) may fix it.
