Hello everyone, I tried connecting my Zigbee plug but it only reports information in kWh, while the real-time data is in W.
Is there an app that can read the data in watts?
Thank you and have a good day.

That looks like a Tuya device, did you use this app? Use the test version for better compatibility.
Yes, I tried with Tuya Test and it’s still in kWh.
I just checked and it doesn’t use Tuya, instead it uses the “Enki“ platform which isn’t supported by Homey.
You can request an app for the device here:
Or by request-a-brand.homey.app
However, there’s no app needed, as of firmware v10.1.0 “Unknown” zigbee devices should show power (& energy measurements?) though:
When your device doesn’t, I suggest to report it to homey.app/support
Probably depends on how the device sends its measurements. If it uses a default ZigBee cluster for that, it should be supported. But the device might use a custom implementation.
Since Homey Pro Firmware v10.1.0, which was already released in November 2023, Zigbee Smart Plugs with power measurement should work without any additional Homey App:
What will not work with your plug without an extra Homey app is voltage measurement.
Just for your information.
@moderators, I will delete my post in 7 days.
Yes, but it’s in kWh when the value should be in watts. Therefore, the energy consumption report is incorrect.
Sorry, but I don’t understand it.
The Plug should report the power in watt and the consumption/energy in kWh. So these are two different things.
If there is a problem with these measurements, which should be possible without an additional Homey app, I would suggest to contact Homey Support.
The OP had already started a discussion, so you can continue here.
That’s only when the device uses default ZigBee clusters for enrgy measurement, and this device likely uses other, vendor-specific clusters.
