Okay. What you can do next:
Replace the power supply by a decent one of a well known brand. It needs to output 5VDC - 2A minimum.
Why? The original power supply can degrade over time, it starts to deliver lower voltages, which especially zigbee seems to be very sensitive to.
When that doesn’t help, start Homey in recovery mode and choose “Full software download” → this installs the firmware from scratch, without touching all your work.
This has solved the weirdest zigbee issues for the Pro 2016-2019 series, it might do the trick
But, always keep a backup at hand.
