Is the command ‘homey app translate --api-key’ working?"

A few months ago, I was using the command ‘homey app translate --api-key “my_openai_key”’ to perform automatic translation for the application I was developing.
However, recently when I executed the command again, I encountered a connection error as shown below, and it is not working.

Connection error.
:x: Error translating /Users/…/…/…/README.nl.txt

OpenAI’s billing is fine, and even after reissuing the key, it still does not work.
I am curious whether this is an issue with my environment or if the command is currently not functioning.

The issue has been resolved.
The cause was due to network security within the company, which prevented the OpenAI API from functioning.
With the security issue resolved, it is now working well.
