Regarding the RF433 pool thermometer (IBS-P01R) — that’s a different protocol than what I’ve implemented (which uses Bluetooth BLE). However, if you’re interested in wireless Bluetooth thermometers, I just released an Inkbird app for the INT-14-BW and INT-12-BW models that works great with Homey!
