Inconsistent Zigbee Device Visibility Between Homey Pro 2023 Web App and iOS App

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing a strange issue with my Homey Pro 2023 setup and would appreciate your insights.

When I access Homey from my computer using the web app, I can see a specific set of Zigbee devices connected in a certain room. However, when I use the Homey iOS app on my iPhone and look at the same room, I see different Zigbee devices — some are missing, and others appear instead.
• All devices are Zigbee and connected to Homey Pro 2023.
• Both platforms (web and iOS) are logged into the same Homey account.
• The devices are not newly added — they have been in the setup for some time.
• I’ve tried force-quitting the app and reloading, but it didn’t help.

Is this a known issue or possibly a sync/cache problem between interfaces?
Any tips or similar experiences would be really helpful.

Try logging out and in again in the web-app.

And/or force reload the web app as well.
