I have 2 different IKEA these cards:
2 button verion:
1 button+scroll version (cards are same):
I connected it “directly”, but it installed the IKEA HOME app.
I think there is no difference.

Yes, the IKEA homey app is the solution.

I also left a comment on the video, but the IKEA app doesn’t change how the device functions with Homey 
The app only adds custom icons and pairing instructions.
Is there a way to set relative brightness on a Hue group? That would make setting up the scroll wheel very easy. Or setting relative brightness for all lights in a Homey room.
I’m gonna give this a shot tomorrow. I have one of these that seems to always disconnect and another from the same box that has no problems. Distance from the Homey is about the same for both devices through 2 solid Dutch brick walls/ceilings.
I add this button as matter device but how can I use the scrolwheel to dim lights?
Question I see all the options in Homey but can I also click down the scroll wheel itself to toggle the light on/off, and then scroll to increase decrease brightness. etc? Looking at the exposed buttons I do not see it in the list…
My Bilresa scroll wheel (and also my Bilresa dual button) was constantly dropping off and was very hard to add back. All of these problems disappeared as soon as I added 2 Ikea Kajplats matter lightbulbs. I only had end devices (sensors and a door lock) in my matter network and now I have some mesh extenders as well.

And you can choose from single press, double press and long press. I control 2 lights with it (press to turn on/off, dial to change brightness) and the TV (single press pause/resume, double press mute toggle, long press on/off, dial for volume). Volume and mute are IR commands, the rest is through my ChromeCast TV 4k device. One of the lights is matter, the other one is Zigbee.
The button number corresponds to the position of the toggle switch at the bottom, indicated by the 3 leds. For me, 1 schakel vorige volgende button is light #1, 2 schakel vorige volgende button is light #2 and 3 schakel vorige volgende button is the TV.
