IKEA Badring and Parasoll, Zigbee problem

Hi!
Just checking if there are more people having problem to connect IKEA Badring and Parasoll to Homey 2023 ?
It did work like a charm with Homey 2019. But after upgrade to 2023 the HP seems to refuse connection after interju.
Just want to hear if others have the same experience, good or bad?

And yes I have reseted everything, built new Zigbee net from factory reseted HP2023, with nothing else on it. Bought brand new IKEA devices to test. I have 12 other Zigbee devices working, also IKEA devices. I had it all working until I invested in the new processor. :frowning:

If you have it working- please what versions of HP2023 and IKEA App?

Nope, they work fine. Did you add the device using IKEA Trådfri app?

Did You try adding with devices really close (less than 1m/3 feet) to Homey?

Yes. I have good practice in connecting tricky devices. And they are negositing but in the final step they cant be friends.

Then ask for a refund. Might be faulty device.

IKEA har very good return policy.

I have 6 Badring and 6 Parasoll and I just bought another brand new Badring for testing.
They all worked perfectly with my Homey Pro 2019. Non work after upgrade to Homey Pro 2023.
I am at the point where I suspect there is a something with my new HP23. That was why I was asking for confirmed versions of app and HP 23 that is working. What versions are you running ?

Did you try removing the device from the old Homey first? Have you connected other Zigbee devices to HP23?
