Three months ago I moved to a new home in Florida, brought the Homey with me and tonight I plugged it in for the first time. There are a lot of changes I have made with the new home like not adding in all the smart devices into the new house, buying a new Phillips Hub Bridge (Black) but my web and mobile interface still reflect my first home, is there a sime way to delete everthing out and start over or do I have to delete out everything one by one?
Thanks for your time.
Scott
Turn Homey upside down and then it will start counting down. When it restarts, you can put it back on its feet. When the recovery mode has started, you can open the mobile app. Your Homey will appear as offline, this is completely normal. Go to the More tab, select your Homey (under your account) and click “Add new Homey”. You can then connect to your Homey and select Reset to factory settings (under Options)
Note: factory resetting your Homey will permanently erase your Homey configuration, including ALL Flows, Devices, Dashboards and everything else that you created on Homey. Make sure that you want to fully remove everything before factory resetting.
Ok thanks, doing that now and it is installing updates.
