I get since yesterday missing token errors in all my hue lights. Nothing works anymore.
What to do?
I’m on homey cloud with bridge.
Me too
I’m new to Homey, so maybe there’s a faster way…
What worked for me:
I did a long press on each device (in the Homey app),
then selected “Repair” from the options.
Hope this helps someone! But again, if there’s a quicker method, I’m all ears — still learning my way around Homey.
Same issue. Also on Homey bridge with cloud. Repair does not resolve the issue for me unfortunatly ![]()
You can try clicking “Install” again on the Hue app in Homey.
This sometimes refreshes the connection without needing to remove anything. It helped in my case once. Worth giving it a shot!
clicking “Install” again on the Hue app in Homey, for the second time that helped!
Now it works again.
Thank you!
It works!
I install the app again. Thanks @Herbert_van_Essen ![]()
Only issue is that my device groups disappeared. So just need to re-create those.
Today again missing token from Hue.
The only option last time is clean install the app, because other options don’t work.
Ate there more people with same problem?
Perhaps this works:
@ web app, alternate-click on one of the Hue device tiles, and select “Repair”.
This forces a reconnect or even a re-login.
I’ve tried it at the mobile App but it doesnt work
then again tried install app (without removing it first) then all the lights works
