Hue light status changes not registered

I recently switched my two hue bridges for one hue Bridge Pro. I then switched my Homey 2023 for a Homey 2026. I’m now running into the following issue,

When I toggle a lamp on/off with a hue button which is directly linked to the lamp through the Hue Bridge Pro, the status change of the lamp is not registered in Homey. This is an issue since I have several flows that trigger based on the status of specific lights.

I can toggle the lamps through Homey without issue, so the connection is okay.

Is this an issue because of the new Homey Pro, because of the new Hue Bridge or because of the migration? Or am I missing something else?

Thanks in advance!

No, this is a bug in the app I think. I also have this issue, the fix is to enable Power User in More->Settings->Experiments, and then create this Flow:

The 20 seconds are just to ensure actions that run on the exact hour (.00) are finished before restarting. Restart of the app always seems to fix it

Found it, and this fixes it.

Also created a diagnostic report. I have several other unexplainable light issues which might be related to this. I hope they fix it. Not sure where to report this though..

Just got this reply from Homey support:

This behavior has been reported by other users and is under active investigation. In the meantime, could you please try our test build of the Philips Hue app, which contains related fixes:

If the issue persists, please help us with a bit more info and fresh logs:

Additionally, please check network stability: assign a fixed IP to Homey, avoid Wi‑Fi roaming (especially on mesh), keep some distance from the nearest access point, and use 5 GHz for Homey if possible (or Ethernet adapter if available).

Just installed!

Did this fix it for you?

Yes!
