How to remove a "unknown node"

First check if that device (seems to be a Tuya based remote scene switch/button) is not included in your Devices tab (in the mobile or web app) anymore. If it is there, remove it via the mobile/web app from the Devices tab.

If it not on the Devices tab, then power down your Homey for 15 mins. Restart Homey and check if the unknown node is gone.

No unknow node in device tab. I know about puling the plug but it sucks. Every time you do that, all the automation becomes useless. There has to be a better way.

Unfortunately there is no other way at the moment.

Is the unknown node a device you actually have (it seems to me a remote scene switch or button)? If so, you could try to re-pair the device.

What do you mean?

Well, I had a problem with the Smart Knob Switch (Tuya) but I resolved it. However, I still have a problem with the LCD Temp & Humidity sensor.

Based on the indicated Manufacturer ID (_TZ3000_abrsvsou), the unknown node seems to be that smart knob.

So you are saying that knob is working (and included in the device overview), but it is listed as unknown in Homey Developer Tools?

How about sharing your way to resolve the missing node issue with your tuya smart knob switch

It’s very simple, I just selected the Smart Knob from the Tuya Zigbee app.
