How to make a flow with % of dim

Hi

I’m completely new to the Homey world and am currently trying to set up a smart home with Homey.
How do I set up a flow where I can press once to dim some selected lights to 25% and press again to turn them off completely?
Can someone explain that to me?

Something like this using an Advanced Flow:

It’s in Dutch, but I hope you get the idea: When you press the button, check the current dim level. If it is at 25%, then switch off the lamp. If not, then dim lamp to 25%.
