I have tried several flows, none acts as it should.
even a simple triggering, by a switch or door lock, doesn’t start the action.
not even a simple message.
the flow before is an example, with Dutch language.
Assuming you’ve actually saved the flow through the “opslaan” button, I would expect this to work and do the following:
WHEN the front door (Voordeur Cor - Gang) is opened
THEN a message “Voordeur Ontgrendeld” is added to the timeline.
Note that the message is added to the timeline, not as a notification on the app.
If this is not working, I would recommend to check the “Voordeur Cor - Gang” device to see if the lock status is actually changing when locking and unlocking the door.

Some devices have a repair option:
- Long click on the device in the Homey app
- Click the settings button
(top right corner) - Click “Onderhoud” (Maintenance?)
- Click “Probeer te repareren” (Try to repair)

I have several KlikAanKlikUit smoke and CO devices
When added to homey they cannot be accessed anymore by KlikAanKlikUit app
And 2 Zigbee lights with the same problem. With Homey there are less possibilities as compared to the KlikAanKlikUit app:
Only light intensity and color
No color wheel or disco

Is a Zigbee device accesseble by multiple apps?
A Zigbee device can normally only be connected to one Zigbee hub at a time (like Homey or the Smart Bridge from KlikAanKlikUit).
On Homey, did you install the KlikAanKlikUit (Zigbee) app to pair your KlikAanKlikUit lights with?

No, a Zigbee device can only be added to 1 controller and only 1 Homey app. If you have multiple apps installed for the same device, Homey will prefer any official apps first

As both are the same, they aren’t a serial number.

Note that CALEX are not Zigbee devices, they are Tuya based. You should add them to the Smart Life app on your phone and then add them to Homey using the Tuya Homey app:
