Honey pro stopped working completely. Powers up desk no ring light suddenly red reboot same procedure again. Hard reset 30seconds pin does not work at all!! Need help!! Can’t open a support ticket since everything I try it leads me back to sign in page!!
Funny is that it shows it has been seen today as per screenshot but app won’t connect to it so I am in a deadlock!!

Then, you should log in with your account (the same account you used to sign up for this forum). Then you can create a support ticket.
Also, you should remove the “Homey ID” from your screenshot, this is a unique ID with which everyone can reach your Homey remotely
Have you also tried another power adapter (minimum 5V 2A). The one delivered with the Homey are known to be poor quality which can degrade over time
