I’ve had my Homey Pro for roughly 9 months with barely any issues. All of a sudden last night it stopped working and will not connect. the device itself It keeps cycling white light as if I just turned it on, and then it turns to a red light and then goes dark and repeats this every few minutes. My iPhone app just says cannot connect to Homey Pro. I’ve restarted my router, power cycled my Homey Pro. Not sure what else to do. It seems like it’s just not working and none of my devices are working because of this.
Any solution? Is there a hard reset? Not sure when I last backed it up and concerned about what it would take to get it all back to where I have my Homey now. But surely need my Homey to work considering how much I rely on it.
