Can not connect from app to homey

My 2018 Homey Pro has worked wonderfully for years, but now I can no longer connect to it from the app. It is still running times flows and when I turn It upside down it says it will start system recovery. Does anybody know what I can do? As far as I can tell, I did not update or upgrade any components: this seems spontaneously.

Suggestion for homey support: the link on the error page (attached) links to the landing page of the homey support KBase. And searching for something with “connect" in it will lead to dozens of pages for adding devices and services to the homey, but I found none that could help me reestablish the connection my app.

Does the web app (https://my.homey.app) work?

Hi, … it might be the (WiFi) network, did you check your router logs?

Thanks for thinking with me. I managed to solve this conundrum by performing the ancient ritual of turning it off and on again, while burning some incense and chanting to the machine spirit.
