Homey Pro not connecting


My Homey Pro (bought a couple of months ago) started acting strange and I unplugged it because the LED was annoying me while trying to sleep and the flow which turns it off at nighttime wasn’t working for some reason.

Today I plugged it back in and the LED is showing rainbow colours (even tho it is set to “weather”) and I cannot connect to it through the app.

Any suggestions as to what I can do?

First try to power Homey with different powerplug (min.2Amp)

Thanks JPe, do you mean a different one from the one that’s included?

Yes, lots of users had to replace the original Homey power-plug after a short or longer time, you can ask Athom for a new one if yours is broken.

Thank you, I actually just plugged it somewhere else (it was on a split) and it seems to be working :slight_smile:
