Why all my router devices connect direct to Homey? Why not connect to another router?

No, not to my knowledge, unfortunately.

With Pro 2023, that kind of data isn’t even being recorded / or accessible, as it seems: Martijn created a zigbee route map, but it only works with Pro 2016-2019 models

I agree.
Just wanted to make clear that you don’t need a script “just” to see if a device is routed or directly connected to Homey.
