No, that’s not possible.

I think I found a way. In iOS, you can setup a personal automation in the shortcuts app that starts with the trigger Email: “When I get an e-mail from Jane”. You can configure that trigger to have a certain sender, subject, account, and recipient. Then in the next step you can create a new shortcut. From there you can tell it to open a specific app. Choose the app you would like to run. Then you can also configure the personal automation to run without notification.
Now all you need to do is tell homey te send you an e-mail using this app: Email versturen | Homey
