So been fighting with this for the past two days. Homey Pro had been working fine for about 2 months and it suddenly became unavailable. It still appears to be on the network but is unreachable from the application and no flows are working. The LED is still doing the RGB color change. I have tried power cycling a couple times but there has been no change. This is hooked up via ethernet. Any thoughts on what might be going on?
Possibly a bad power supply or power cable, both are known to fail.
Ok worth trying a different USB-C cable and AC Adapter. Thanks
