Homey Pro refuses to use the wired connection

Hi

I have a Homey Pro that is connected via ethernet to a switch. However, it connects to the network over WiFi.

I know the cable connection is good. It has a link light, and other devices are fine on the same connection.

I have also tried disabling the Homey Pro’s WiFi access to the SSID directly on the Access Point.

I also have a Homey Bridge, which has to be connected to the WiFi.

Thoughts, please, on why the Homey Pro refuses to use the wired connection.

Thank you.

Pls provide a picture of the Homey and adapter

Please see attached. May I ask what you are thinking?

You have the adapter connected wrong way round… should be closest to your USB adapter running the long cable to the Homey.

Now it does not pass trough ethernet

Thank me later, and read the manuals :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Oh my god. I am such an idiot.

Thank you so much!
