Finally I got the confirmation of my shipment, they are using UPS for international deliveries.

Finally mine got shipped aswell :slight_smile: where do you see the u are using ups?

Just click on Track your Shipment tap in the email and it will direct you to the shipping company with your tarcjing no.

I’m coming to a service called “trackyourparcel” when I do that. Don’t think that’s the shipping company

So non-EU are delayed and especially Norway/Sweden due manual customs declaration and label issues.

I know Postnord can be a problem, but it looks like this is the first time the "partner"is shipping something to Sweden.

Delivery to Switzerland is planned for next Monday UPS, with a nice little extra of 51Chf for clearing costs :rofl:

How do people know which company sends the orders? There are no info about that in my tracking

HI! Last mile carrier to sweden is DHL, at least for my shipment to sweden. Once the shipments leaves Athoms logistics partner you will be able to " + show shipment info" on the link you printscreened and there you’ll get a directlink for track and trace at DHL site.
