Homey pro + Aqara temp/hum zigbee sensors

Hi,

Got homey pro.

I live in a 3 floored, 3 x 40sqm house with shared walls to my next door neighbours.

Homey pro is on the ground floor.

All devices is on the ground floor or the basement.

See attachment for devices.

I have a couple of namron lights that are motion detection based as they cover the stairs.

1 of 2 sensors on ground floor “barnerom” responds", separated by a tree door 2meters from the homey pro.
The other sensor on the ground floor “kjøkken” does not respond, clear airline to it, aprox 2 meters also.

1 of 2 sensors in the basement “Soverom” also responds every 15 min or so depending on if it has a good day or not. This is through a wall and the floor (wood) 2 meters aprox.
the other sensor, is 2 meters aprox, bathroom, also through the floor. “Bad nede”, seems to be just like the one of the ground floor not responding.

Do I need a hub, if so what can you recommend? I live in Norway.

There will be added another namron zigbee dimmer 2 400w, for another light later on.

Doesn’t seem to be an easy fix?

Please let me know if you require more information.

I run a google home nest (mesh) wifi and guest wifi. Pretty standard stuff. All devices in the house are connected by wifi.

Will a zigbee reset of network help?

Will turning off the homey for 30 mins, allow the device’s to go to panic mode and rebuild the zigbee mesh?

By tuning a bit, and by that I mean turning off all the sensors, then re-adding them 1 by 1, they seem to work a little less inconsistence, but still not perfect. Right now they randomly update (3/4 not soverom) at intervals 0-30 mins.

Would it be more stable with that zigbee hub? or any other tips and tricks?
