Perhaps you might be better of with a combination of Zigbee2MQTT, MQTT and (i.e.) a SMLight Zigbee gateway. You can import the devices into Homey with this excellent app.
It does need some more work, but is much more scalable (and reliable) than Homey’s Zigbee.
You can even add multiple Zigbee gateways with it’s own devices (for in a basement, garden shed, etc). And use them all in Homey together.
