In the meantime, we have learned that when the WiFi connection is lost, a reboot of Homey Pro usually fixes the issues for some time, allowing you to access Homey Pro properly again. This reboot of Homey Pro can also be done with a Flow which automatically reboots your Homey Pro on a daily basis, for this you need to turn on the āPower User ā experiment first.
Needless to say, this has our highest priority at this moment, and we are concretely working on a fix, so we do expect this to be solved in the near future.
For now this is all I can do for you unfortunately, which is why Iām closing your ticket. If you need additional support, please feel free to re-open your ticket by answering this email.
I wish you a great day and a lot of fun with Homey!
Issue still persists?
I have just installed my new HP23 and lost connectivity twice in an hour (when trying to access homey without being on the same network).
Turning homey off and on solved the issue the first time, but it loses connection again after a few minutes of not using the device.
Got the same issue since a couple of days. Already tried blocking homey from connecting to WiFi but still same issue.

I had the same issue on the iOS app for both my Homey Pro 2023 and my Homey Pro 2016-2019. Everything else worked and I could access them thought the web UI.
The solution for me was to log out from the iOS app and log in again.

No luck with login out and back in here. The whole thing shows nicely it would be nice to have a not cloud dependent app. As Homey itself works nicely in background (still get flow notifications)
Ensure wifi 2.4 is used - not 5ghz
