Homey pro 2023 is apparently offline, but everything works in the background

Issue still persists?

I have just installed my new HP23 and lost connectivity twice in an hour (when trying to access homey without being on the same network).

Turning homey off and on solved the issue the first time, but it loses connection again after a few minutes of not using the device.

Got the same issue since a couple of days. Already tried blocking homey from connecting to WiFi but still same issue.

I had the same issue on the iOS app for both my Homey Pro 2023 and my Homey Pro 2016-2019. Everything else worked and I could access them thought the web UI.

The solution for me was to log out from the iOS app and log in again.

Thanks that actually works!

No luck with login out and back in here. The whole thing shows nicely it would be nice to have a not cloud dependent app. As Homey itself works nicely in background (still get flow notifications)

Ensure wifi 2.4 is used - not 5ghz

Suddenly, I can no longer access my Homey Pro 23 from my app on my iPhone 15 Pro. It says I need to check the connection to Homey. However, I can access my Homey from a computer/web, both at home and away from my own Wi-Fi, so Homey has an internet connection. But when I try to download an app to my Homey via my computer, I’m told it can’t be installed because Homey is offline. This all sounds very strange. I have tried contacting support, who think it might be an issue with their power supply (USB-C adapter or USB-C cable), but I have also replaced that without success. Homey can no longer send me push notifications either. Does anyone have any good suggestions for help?

Yes. Have the same issue. I’m glad I’m not alone.

I am experiencing the same issue. Everything is now connected with my wifi which I had trouble in the first place now it is only Homey. I was going insane. I just recently bought the new 2023 with version 10.0.3 already installed.

How can I make 2,4Ghz static on Homey?
