Homey loses connection with devices

I had the same problem. Insolved by placing a few Zigbee plugs to make the Zigbee network stromger

Some problems with me becouse i add more aqara device need help to i did make the tikkets but they sad it is aqara probleem

Ridiculous. Of course Support cannot put the blame on Aqara (for over 4 years now), and at the same time have Athom recommend Aqara at the best buy guide all over the place…

It’s true Aqara deviates from the Zigbee 3.0 standard, but when zigbee2mqtt can deal with it, Homey should also, in my humble opinion.

I agree, yet we don’t know what’s really possible, if they rely on Silicon Labs implementation and SDK  Not a developer, I don’t know if they can do some firmware adjustment on their own - probably not, that is why they rely on 3rd party . Still, what prevents them to explain the whole story, right.

z2m supports the exact same hardware that Homey has. However, they recently rewrote the ā€œadapterā€ (the part that z2m uses to talk to either the chip, or to its driver, not sure) because the old one (which, I think, is provided by Silicon Labs) was unstable and had performance issues.

z2m also strongly suggests, like the rest of the world, to not enable Zigbee and Thread at the same time.

So it sounds like Athom has made a few bad decisions in picking Silicon Labs as hardware provider.
