Hi, my Homey Pro keeps going offline daily around 08.30 in the morning. It is connected to ethernet. When i check on Homey it has a rotating white light. I restart and then it works as usual.
I tried changing adapter & cable.
I tried to update Homey, but then it crashes during restart sequence and goes offline, with rotating white light.
Tried to update Homey over WiFI with same result,
Yes, but it has been in that state for a week at most while I was at acation lol. Will try to update with USB 
I know, so it’s def something to report to homey.app/support. Starting up should take a (few) minute(s)

This is beginning to sound like a hardware issue.
Yup. Sent ant message to support, hopefully I can get a new one asap.
SUpport answered and says that the unit is faulty and needs to be replaced. THaks for your help 
I’m also afraid something went south.
Trying a few quality USB data cables might help with the USB Tool, but you did already as I understood.
