Here the same: received it and ironically It fitter through the mailbox/letterbox. I Will start inpacking shortly and use It right away!
I want to thank @ChefsSlaad for all the effort that was made to get the dongle in my mailbox today.
I have also received the dongle in the meantime, simply through the letterbox by DHL, and it works perfectly. Too bad there is only an English description, but of course that is not a problem (a small remark). I am curious how it works and I am very happy that it has arrived.

@ChefsSlaad Its literally insulting. As one slamming the pre-order button within seconds of the announcement of the dongle. I finally get an email “Your order #xxxxxx has shipped” and then according to tracking information its only “Order Created” and not shipped!
I just received my energy dongle, it was DPD that did the shipment in Belgium. Next week the electricity company will install the new digital energy meter. Can’t wait to start testing it ![]()
What was the benefit of preordering?

I received an empty pakkage, no dongle inside. Only a usb cable.
Support homey an dhl informed about this issue. No reaction in last week.
I don’t order online anymore from homey till this is cleared and solved.
