Homey Device not shoving up in Alexa app?

Hi,

A long time ago it worked to create a virtual switch, name it and put it as a favorite in Homey. Then it was picked up as a new controllable device in Amazon Alexa. This way I could voice control that device (turn on/off).

I created a new virtual switch and set it as a Homey favorite. This was like 2 month ago, and countless “Alexa, discover devices” ago. I have disabled and enabled the Homey Skill in Alexa 10+ times. Still this Homey virtual switch doesn’t show up in Alexa.

Anyone else had this problem and maybe a solution?

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem.
Firstly, I thought it was my mistake when I create the new device but in fact, it’s really a problem from Homey and Alexa.
Searching for a solution for 1 week now but nothing change.

Sad to hear, it’s really annoying! :frowning:
Most of my Zigbee has been “off” last 4 weeks as well. They usually gets back when a new firmware is released.
