Homey Cloud Backup no access since version 12.9.0-rc.5

I have an HP23 and have also subscribed to the Cloud Backup feature for several years. Since version 12.9.0-rc.5 I can no longer access it, but the backups are no longer displayed. Also “Recover purchases” does not work. Anyone have a tip for me?

I also tried it with the original app, but I always get the same error message.
