Homey Bridge stuck in zigbee provisioning

Hi there,
I bought a Homey Bridge and was able to include it to my homey pro. Unfortunately the Bridge does not become fully available. In the device status it stays stuck as “Flashing Zigbee firmware…”. I could confirm the bridge is connected to my wifi and is working so far, since BLE extender is working already. I can not see it as a Zigbee node (router) nor Zwave device, so I guess it is stuck in provisioning mode. I already tried to remove and add again the bridge but this does not change the situation.
Has anyone else recently bought a Homey Bridge and is having similar problems?

There was another user who also reported this recently. Maybe a bad batch of Zigbee modules recently, you should contact Athom:

Turns out: It took 3 hours to deploy zigbee. Now the device shows OK and is included in the zigbee network. I am kind of surprised that athom does not explain how long it can take in an FAQ page or sth.

That’s still strange though. I think you should create a diagnostics report right now to prevent important errors to get lost and contact Athom anyway, since it should never take this long

I’m having the same issue here. Started this afternoon around 4PM with the setup. Did turn in an infinite loop somewhere around 6PM and still going around 8PM. As somebody mentioned that it could take up to 3 hours, i’m still hoping… None of the power cycles (even 10 minutes) worked to reset the device. So rather an hardware issue?

Did you let it sit for longer? Did it fix somehow or are you still stuck?
In my case I had to wait over night.

hi, i did same, waited overnight and that worked. the going flowless afterwards. Now at the push of Homey 13.5.0 lost its connection again… so i will change my setup here and work on my Homey Pro Mini Solely. It’s too high maintenance for my holiday home. I’ll take it to my residence and work with it there.

Move zigbee devices to zigbee2mqtt (it has integration with Homey) and it will be way more stable than Zigbee on Homey… I have made that decision like 6 months ago and it was best decision ever on my smart home with 150+ connected devices.

Zigbee is not the problem for me. I need the Bridge because it works as a BLE repeater in both directions. Also 433MHz and IR are a thing for me.
