I found this on indiegogo and facebook…i do not think they are allowed to use the Homey name??
Depends on where Athom has registered its trademarks. This looks like a product from a British company, so Athom should probably try and file a trademark infringement claim.
But this is a community forum, so not a lot we can do about it.
I know, I just wanted to share it.
I also informed Athom directly.

It appears that Athom has registered the name Homey as a trademark across the EU, which I guess (for now) still covers the UK:
Conversely, another party has attempted to register the same name more recently in the UK, but the status is “Opposed”:
