Homey blinking white and blue

Hello all Homey lovers! Need some help here.

One of my client’s Homey started to misbehave. One of its side is flashing in blue while the other side is flashing in white. It is also not connected to the home’s WiFi therefore offline. This problem started after a power recycle.

Tried to put Homey into reset mode, but turning it upside down does not start the countdown nor does it turn red after about 30 seconds.

Anyone faced this before?

How old is it?
There are quite some Homey who are starting to have problems with the power supply resulting in strange behavior like this.

Same here at the moment untill I tried to test something with IFTTT. I have my homey pro since 3 days.
