I understand you’re “not amused”, but I just don’t understand and can’t believe they actually told you sort of to get lost.
Why?
Recently my Pro 2019 of 4 years got bricked after a beta fw update v12.9.0-rc.x, and after explaining all of my reanimation attemps with support, support offered me to have it shipped it to Athom HQ, to see if it was an issue they could fix. They managed to flash the firmware.
