What Homey do you have and when did you buy it? Homey support is very good imho. Didn’t come here for advice and support as well. You weren’t here for 4 years; now only for complaining… What’s the point?

I would be curious about the communication between you and Athom. Because Athom Support is normally totally not what you mention here, as @Peter_Kawa also pointed out. Just complaining here without any explanation or additional info doesn’t help anyone. Not you, not other users too.
