I was referring to the Smart Presence app. That is based on a fixed IP-address. See my earlier post.

I use the Locative app for this https://locative.app
Works great and can make the range within 50 m. I had before always the problem the my daughter was with friends in the neighborhood and Homey thanked she was at hom. Not any more.
You have to make some changes butt works well.
You can find the way to install it in this forum if you search for Locative and iPhone.
You have to work with Homey webhooks.

Hello. We have never had problems with presence with the iPhone, when we follow some basic rules. Applies to HP19 and HP23. Home/away must be switched on. Location, Homey app setting and system settings must be correct in iPhone. Mobile data must be switched on and last but not least, the Homey app must NOT be closed. And as long as you visit the Homey app regularly, everything works as it should. (And we have no VPN client in use). I have also played with the smart presence app, that also works fine, but I don’t need it since builtin work great.
Problem solved!
I contacted Homey support.
After checking all the settings and re-installing the Homeyapp, nothing changed.
But then I was asked to go to:
“more” and click on my Homey at the top and select my Homey again…
After that home /away worked for the first time!
