Does anyone know if hiding a Zigbee device also removes it from the Zigbee mesh?
The smart plug for my Christmas tree recently caused the entire Zigbee manager on my Homey SHS to crash. The plug was sitting offline in the attic, but the Zigbee manager kept trying to reach it hundreds of times a day. Eventually so often that it locked up with a ‘ZMEerror’. Once I removed the plug from Homey, everything went back to normal after a reboot.
If ‘hidden devices’ also fixes this, then I’m happy.
