Google home or Alexa... Roller shutters not synchronized from Homey pro

Hi,
I’am accountering a problem with synchronization between my Homey Pro devices and either Alexa or Google Home.
I only see 8 devices among my 14 in each of these applications.
Why is that ?
I tried to uninstall these applications from my mobile, i tried also to reload the devices by synchronisation but at last i see 8 devices only

Thanks in advance for your help !
Bye !

Make sure these devices are supported by Ggl/Alxa
If not, they won’t appear.

Thanks for your reply @Peter_Kawa

Thing is that i have 10 roller shutters and only one appears and works in either Google Home or Alexa

I see.
Try this
Make sure the Ggl & Alxa integrations are enabled @ Homey.
(The Ggl integration disables itself after some time )
To force Ggl synchronisation:
Yell: hey google, synchronise devices (should work in French as well)

I’ve no Alexa knowledge.

I tried already and now again @Peter_Kawa

It says it does but i still have only 8 devices

I changed the devices’ names in Homey to see if it was doing the sync and it does (->the new names are synchronized after telling Google to do it)

Hi,

I find why some devices where not syncronized from Homey to Google Home or Alexa.

The reason why is the type of the value “Plugged in” on the Shelly Wave Shutter.
Set on “Shutters”, it doesn’t synchronize, but set on “Other” it does.

Hope it could help someone one day

I believe this solution isn’t applicable to the Shelly 2PM (WiFi) because the parameter you’re referring to is only present in the Shelly Wave. Therefore, calling this a valid solution for all two-channel Shelly models seems a bit inappropriate. So, Athom, how do you solve this problem for those with the Shelly 2PM (WiFi)?

If, if the Shelly 2PM devices are recognised by Homey as window coverings device, it should be possible to assign the matching sub-type:

If not, only the app developer can fix it.

.

You won’t get a response this way. Use the links to support to contact Athom.

However,
Athom is NOT the app developer for Shelly, you’ll find the actual ways to contact the actual dev in the app store.
