If I’m right the app/firmware updates are published @ timeline.
(But that’s useless in case you want to use a search function or if it was published longer than several days ago).

In the app store, follow the “changelog” link to see the actual dates:
Often a PtP (cut the power for 10 minutes) after a firmware update solved the weirdest issues.
An app install (without removing it prior to that) sometimes helps.
Removing and adding devices should be your last resort, but it might help.
You can try with only one device to see if it fixes a problem affecting multiple devices of the same app.
If it doesn’t make a difference, there’s no need to remove and add the other devices.
Concerning flow repairs, there’s a neat script for it:
