Hello everyone. I have an LED controller Gledopto “GL-C-008P RGB-CCT Led Controller PRO” connected via Zigbee through the
Official Gledopto app to my Homey Pro 2023. The situation is as follows: when I perform a system restart via the Homey interface, control over the controller stops working, and I have to “fix” it — meaning I need to re-pair it again for it to work. Homey writes something like “check the device’s battery charge”. The device responds to ping but is not controlled.
After that I installed the application from the community and the problem went away. But I have many Flows synchronized with music and after that the synchronization disappeared. Since the time of communication between the controller and the Homey is much longer than in the previous application.
