, I made flow which have user presence trigers, and last year it works perfect, but this year I remind that trigers time for time not wotking. I mean that person unpresence is detected, but triger was not acting. When I tested flow everething works correctly. Have any ideas whats wrong?

as I don’ understand your flow, could you help us? What is the intention of the flow and what went wrong.
Where do you know that unpresence was detected? Does it mean someone was present and left the home (properly detected) but the trigger did not shoot? Or was the person already out of the house, when you checked the flow.
I just know that my presence detection does not work properly at all. It only recognises that I am home or gone, when I use the the homey app on my phone after leaving or returning home.

Unpresence was detected (it is seen in notifications), but triger which should work on unpresence (TRUE) don’t work. Should be like: Unpesence TRUE → Thermostat switch to AWAY mode. But Thermostat is not switch to AWAY mode after unpresence TRUE.

first you should check, if it is really the the unpresence trigger that fails.
You have an AND condition, that might be false at that moment and the thermostat action that might have issues. So the best way would be to add a card directly after the unpresence detected card and after the AND that changes some variables (y/n, numbers, or text) in order to detect, if that card has been passed. You need to do that just temporarily to ensure that you know that the flow was not started or when it stopped.
If you are sure that the flow did not start at all, I would propose to copy this part of the total flow to another flow with nothing else but the test. There might be something in the other parts of the advanced flow that halts the complete flow.
And if you did not find something else that is strange, take a screenshot from the unpresence message and your flow and the time you expected the flow to run which you can prove by the variables that did not change and send it to the Athom support. There could be a strange error in either your homey or the entire system, which is triggered by some strange incident. If you know what has happened between the last time it worked and the first time it did not, like new version, unexpected shutdown of you homey, blackout of your home or your homey being plugged off, could also help.
